The latest Stargate series premieres this Friday night on Sci-Fi in the US. Yes, I'm still calling the
cable channel "Sci-Fi", since I refused to acknowledge their ridiculous rebranded name. I hope the show
does well, since I consider it an improvement over "Atlantis" in a lot of ways, a series which lasted for
five years. It will be interesting to see the reactions of the Stargate fans, but I think they'll be
positive for the most part. Make sure to check it out!

Unfortunately another summer vacation has come and gone, and another summer is winding to a close.
Last week I got back from nearly three weeks in Greece with a stop in Amsterdam. I had a great time
visiting family, seeing a few old faces, as well as getting to know some new friends. Both of these
shots are of my time on Mykonos, which was great. I've got what seems like an insane amount of photo
editing and organization work ahead, but I wanted to get something up here before September completely
fades away. I've got a cousin in town for a visit during the next week as well, so between that, work,
getting back to training, and hockey, there isn't a lot of time for tedious file naming chores. As much
as I like to have a properly organized photo album, there are a lot of things that take priority. Still,
I'd like to get several panoramas posted once I've had a chance to clean them all up, so keep an eye
open hopefully sometime in October!
